Myers Estates Homes - North Bellingham

Myers Estates is a newer community of homes just inside the city limits of Ferndale, WA. The area is known to locals as North Bellingham and has a mix of rural homes on large lots, acreage, and small communities like Myers Estates.

Myers Estates was created by custom home builder Roosendaal-Honcoop and consists of 42 large lots from 10,500 sqft to 14,000 sqft. There is a nice mix of one story homes and two story homes through-out this upscale community. The last home that was built and sold in Myers Estates was back in 2006. RH Construction is currently building homes in the brand new community of Liberty Park which begins where Myers Estates ends at 1400 Myers Drive. the new community consists of 52 brand new homes and is well underway.
